Third Coast Coaching LLC is owned and operated by Sarah Devereaux - a certified coach, skilled facilitator, and deep expert in Learning & Development and Employee Engagement. Sarah provides professional coaching and advisory services to companies and individuals, as well as the occasional speaking gig. Her goal is to increase the level of happiness and contentment in people's lives. This could be through one-on-one coaching to help individuals see a challenging situation in a different way, via an inspiring keynote to open new ways of thinking for a group, or through advisory services to help (re)build company culture, team psychological safety, or trust.
Sarah spent 14 years in the Learning and Leadership Development space at Google. Some of her more recent roles included: Head of Executive Development Programs, Head of Strategic Initiatives for The Google School for Leaders, and Global Lead of the g2g (Googlers-to-Googlers) program. Sarah has been coaching and facilitating for more than a decade on a variety of topics, including: resilience, wellbeing, innovation, self-awareness, leadership, complexity theory, systems thinking, and more. Sarah has a passion for learning and helping individuals and organizations to realize their full potential. She is particularly passionate about coaching senior women leaders in traditionally male-dominated industries, like tech, finance, and manufacturing. Originally from the great state of Michigan, Sarah now lives in Boulder, CO with her family.
Individual or group sessions on any topic.
Whether you're trying to determine your next career move or working on how to improve a key relationship, coaching can help you achieve your goals. In each 1-hour session, we'll set an intention for our time together and embrace the unknown as we work towards new discoveries and practices. Although each situation is unique, we generally recommend six sessions over the course of ~3 months to start.
Sometimes when teams are stuck, a curious question from a third party is all it takes to unlock momentum. Services include: (1) a 60-minute scoping conversation, (2) 1:1 coaching for leadership and key team members, (3) facilitated group coaching, either for an extended session or shorter sessions over time. Mix and match group coaching services based on your needs and budget. Contact us to create a custom package.
